Hi everyone, it's been a while. Today, Cold Experiment makes a temporary comeback and premieres a great tracks from the new Miseria compilation.

Carlos GrabStein DJ/Producer's label Miseria is once again releasing a mind-blowing compilation that is sure to entice electronic fans around the world. Focusing on electronic sounds such as EBM, industrial, upperwave, and synthpunk, the label's compilations cover everything from fist-pumping, danceable physical delights to aesthetic and lyrical tracks.

Cold Experiment premiered a track with Laura Krieg and El Ojo y la Navaja. Get intoxicated by the gloomy cold dystopian electronic sounds.

We have an important announcement to make to all the artists, labels, PRs, and fans who have been involved with Cold Experiment. CE has been active in many fields such as publishing zines, running websites, organizing parties, etc., but we will end our activities in 2021. The reason for this decision was mainly due to the health issues of the operator. And most of all, we felt that we needed to create a system that would support truly great artists and labels, rather than just media. CE will be gone once, but we will continue to support the underground music scene. I would like to thank all the people who have been involved in this project. We believe that music and art will definitely continue to enrich our lives and create new values.

To all the artists and labels who have contributed premiere tracks to SoundCloud. CE's SoundCloud contract runs until December 2022, so your tracks will continue to be available for a while. Your tracks have been getting a lot of reactions in some really great wards. We are proud to have been able to premiere them.

Please note that at least this Instagram account will remain for a few months, but will eventually be deleted. If you need to contact CE in any way, you can contact me through my personal account or messenger. I'm taking a break and may be slow to respond, but I hope you don't mind that I'm not neglecting you.

Martial Canterel's LP of the same title, produced as part of Irish artist Mary McIntyre's "Places We Think We Know" exhibition at Dundee Contemporary Arts, is now available digitally on TONN Recordings' Bandcamp. Inspired by her photography and installations, the album adds an impressive sense of immersion to the narrative of time spun through texture, space, and sound.

【Premiere】"RAICES," a compilation album for humanitarian aid by Colombian techno label Granular Spectrum, will be released digitally by the label's Bandcamp on December 10. Through this compilation album, the label hopes to contribute to the transformation of children, families, and communities. Donations raised will be used to transport food packages, provide meals in the community, and provide educational assistance for over 5000 children in Colombia. Cold Experiment has premiered eclipsa_dj's hypnotic techno track "Subsuelo" from the album.

The pioneering Canadian electronic new wave band Handful of Snowdrops has announced the vinyl release of "1984 - The Complete Four-Track Recordings", an album compiling "1984 - The Remaining" and "1984 Lost Demo Tracks", which were previously released digitally. The album, to be released on Montreal-based label Le Backstore in the spring of 2022 or later, will unearth the early recordings of one of the world's largest unsigned independent bands, and will reveal the true identity of a precious post-punk sound that has been hidden behind history.

Cold Experiment is honored to premiere "Enigma 2020", an experimental track by Rotterdam producer / DJ Ian Martin, best known for his releases on Pinkman. The unsettling repetition of electronic sounds creates a cold and eerie soundscape, as if you are in a distressed spaceship, a space floating ambient that appeals to the listener's sense of stay. Days of Sorrow, the German band from the 80's who left behind some of the most memorable tracks in the history of coldwave, such as "Wild World" and "Travel", have released their new single "Lost" digitally, signaling their full recovery. It has been announced that '83 & Extra Studio Works', the official album of the iconic 80s minimal synth trio IKO, will be reissued by the emerging Canadian label Le Backstore, adding previously unreleased material to their original album '83'. Originally released in 1982, the album was officially reissued by Medical Records in 2014, but LeBackstore's album will include four rare extra tracks for the first time, making it the closest thing to a perfect release yet.
