So, it seems the much higher rate of affordable homes is set for the 110 house site.
Something that is probably good for Denbigh.

A HOUSING association board has agreed to approve proposals for more than 100 homes in the Vale of Clwyd.

I might be known ( for, amongst other things😎) railing against the Post Office vans blocking Bull Lane E V E R Y day, but I am railing against the management, not the workers, and I utterly and fully support Peter Stefanovic in nearly everything he posts, and this one too!

If anyone sees this page, I would like to discuss the Castle Green homes proposal on the Groes road on the edge of Denbigh.
Does the UK need more homes?
Does Denbigh need more homes?
Should Denbigh reject this proposal?
The grounds cited are
Waste of valuable agricultural land
Dangerous road scheme
Climate change.
Should we be NIMBY about this?
Should we see this as an opportunity?
