Walls are completely done. Textured and painted. Flooring is in and base is installed. Next is a door, window trim, and some final touches. About 2 more weeks and she will be completely and totally done.

First coat of mud, done. Sanding and second coat tomorrow. Sanding and third coat Wednesday. Texture on Thursday, let everything completely dry and paint on Saturday. After that it's trim, door, baseboards, flooring and she will be DONE and ready to stream out of!! Oh yeah, we are getting excited now!!

Studio construction is coming along very nicely! Electric is ran on the inside. I have to run the wire to the box to put it on it's own circuit. Tonight I should have the framing completely done to fit the roof joists down below the hurricane straps so I can move on to insulation and drywall.

Some exciting new things are on the horizon! We have started construction on our dedicated studio!! This will be a 6 x 10 office space that we will be gaming and streaming out of. This build is going to run about $1500 give or take, but since I do construction, it's going to save me about $4000 doing it myself.

As many of you know Rockin Gamer Dad, GRO FORCE Gaming, and Chef Fire Monkey have a FiveM server that we are building. As we grow, we are looking for good quality people to add to our team going beyond players in the server.

We are looking for:
Developers to help Rockin (a master programmer) create new scripts, help troubleshoot bugs, and help maintain the server. You will need experience in this.

Promoters to assist me in content creation and promotional videos for the server.

Recruiters to help Grow get new players into the server.

We are a realistic RP server with policies, protocols, full penal codes, etc...

If you just want to raise hell and praise Dale, we are looking for Civs too. We need civs that know how to get into trouble.
