PROTECT YOUR STREET SOLAR LIGHT OTHERWISE IT WILL DISAPPEAR.
As per the residents it has been found that in some wards of Jaigaon GP II non-working public solar lights along with poles have been cutoff and sold by the ward incharge for personal gain. This is outright theft and causing damage to public property. We request BDO and JDA to take some strict action otherwise it will continue.

TRAFFIC JAM- THE BIGGEST PROBLEM OF JAIGAON
The biggest problem in Jaigaon is morning traffic jam. The commuters find it difficult to be punctual in job, especially the students gets late everyday to the school. The main reason for this heavy traffic jams are trucks entering Bhutan. Truck drivers especially local drivers driving Bhutan No. Truck thinks that the road is their personal property so they park their trucks anywhere. They do not follow the traffic rules and try to overtake the vehicle ahead which in turn blocks the road. But JDA is busy with rafting and makeover of view point to attract tourists. But my dear friend JDA, the traffic system should be clear and proper to attract more and more tourists. Once the tourist visit Jaigaon, will not like to visit again due to unsystematic traffic congestion. We don't understand what is the use of traffic police in Jaigaon.
This is the kind request to JDA and Jaigaon police to check the condition of Jaigaon atleat for the sake of Students

UKRAINE'S PRESIDENT IS IN POLAND
Amid Russia's ongoing military operations in Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has left the country and is currently in Poland, said Russian State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.

"Zelensky left Ukraine. Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada said that they could not get to him in Lvov. He is now in Poland," Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel, Sputnik reported.

Volodymyr Zelensky is yet to comment on this.

This is not the first time when reports claiming that Zelensky left the Ukrainian capital have emerged. Earlier, the Ukraine President refuted the claims and posted several video messages in which he said he remained in Kiev.

NATO airspace will not be used to transfer fighter planes to the Ukrainian military, alliance leaders said Tuesday after a meeting in Poland, where top US commanders were on hand for high-level security talks.

“NATO is not going to be part of the conflict,” Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said. “So NATO is not going to send troops into Ukraine or move planes into Ukrainian airspace.”

Second Indian dies in Ukraine, student from Punjab suffered stroke

An Indian student from Barnala in Punjab on Wednesday died in Ukraine where a war is raging following the invasion of the Russian military.Chandan Jindal (22) was studying at Vinnytsia National Pyrogov, Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsia Ukraine.

According to available reports, Jindal was admitted in Emergency Hospital Vinnytsia (Kyivska street 68) after suffering an Ischemic stroke. He breathed his last earlier in the day.His father has written to the Government of India to make arrangements for bringing back his body.

The Centre is also making efforts to bring back the body of a student from Karnataka who died in shelling in Kharkiv a day ago.
With the airspace in Ukraine shut for passenger services, bringing back of bodies may take place through other countries as has been happening for evacuation of stranded Indians.

US ADDS BHUTAN TO THE NO-GO LIST
The U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention added four Asian nations to its list of countries to avoid travelling to due to high levels of Covid-19 spread.

The U.S. health body added Bhutan, Brunei, Iran and Malaysia to the Level 4: Covid-19 Very High list, which now consists of some 140 nations.
