Did you know the Australian Government direct expenditure for Aboriginal people is almost double spent on the rest of the population? Are the organisations appointed to assist our first nations people being held accountable for the funding the consume? Is the funding going to most important issues? A restructure of current organisations would close the gap far more than separating people by race in the constitution.

The Australian government is approaching the voice this way. The last referendum was in 1999, the government spent significant money drafting the proposed constitution. They gathered experts and invested in figuring out what the result would be like. This time, the government has spent over $360 million on a concept without any draft or boundaries.
Have you done any research on the referendum? Have you dug deeper than news outlets and social media opinions? Over the next 10 days Australia will deliberate a very significant decision. A decision that requires careful consideration based on more than emotion and gut feel. This decision needs to be based on facts and critical thought.
