Do you know that you can eat up to 90g of protein while doing vegan keto? But how do you meet this target? You could eat lots of soya products like tofu or soya yoghurt…you could go with Beyond Meat or similar products…you can even add nutritional yeast and h**p seeds to your meals. Alternatively, if you don’t have the time and headspace for figuring out a protein source, you can blend a super low-carb vegan protein shake with almond milk, h**p and chai seeds and few berries on top. One glass contains 36.4g of protein :)

Today I want to share more about my journey and who is behind this account!

Yes, I've been there, I've tried everything and I'm never looking back!

I struggled over 10 years from chronic health issues. I was suffering from chronic pain all over my body, especially in my hands, face, and bones. I felt so much pain, I could not even hold a phone or book in my hands or get out of my bed. I suffered from PMS and endometriosis. Also, I had a ton of allergies: cats, dogs, dust, food sensitives, early bloomers. I had hormonal issues and a ton of water retention. My body was consistently inflamed. I had over 14 operations in my life already by the age of 21. I was devastated to find out what was wrong with my body. Words can not describe this time in my life, feeling trapped in a bubble of pain and exhaustion. None of the doctors I’ve ever visited could help me, or had a proper explanation of my symptoms.

Out of desperation, I started 2014 the raw vegan diet, tried then the high-carb diet, gluten-free and sugar-free diets. I tried every fasting system or detox program I ever heard of. Sometimes I got a little better, sometimes it made me feel even worse. But seeing that there is a chance for improvement, I never gave up that I can become better.

2018 I FINALLY FOUND THE VEGAN KETO DIET. 🍀 Thankfully, today I can say that for the past 3 years I have been fully recovered.
I achieved this by following a strategic vegan ketogenic diet, based on 4 specific phases. 🥑🔥
TODAY I got rid of all the issues I had been struggling with and my health started to skyrocket. 🚀🔥🙏

When I started out with the keto diet I lost over 11 kilos in only 8 weeks. I got rid of ALL my symptoms.

I accepted the fact that I will ALWAYS have a sensitive body. My body is full of scars of the fight and the battle with my own health ( over 10 years!!) and let me tell you that: I tried everything - but NOTHING worked so well like the ketogenic diet. And that’s a FACT - Today I feel very empowered and inspired to bring this message out to the world: A VEGAN KETO DIET IS POSSIBLE & MABYE YOU SHOULD TRY IT TOO! 💗

This is one of the quickest breakfast a busy person on the go can have. Cashew yoghurt, any berries frozen or fresh, blu berries or black berries and all that “seedy jazz”. 💕 if you aim for less carbs you can go for sugarfree soyjoghurt ☺️enjoy!
