Why 19% crit rate?

Breakdown:
-4-piece Blizzard Strayer set (if an opponent is affected by cryo crit rate is increased by 20%. If opponent is frozen, additional 20% crit rate increase)

-Shattering Ice elemental resonance (crit rate is increased if opponents are frozen or affected by cryo by 15%)

Overall that gives Kaeya 74% crit rate (including the 19% crit rate).

Can I boost my crit even more?
-Yes! Constellation 1 gives him an additional 15% crit rate if enemies are affected by hydro. You can bump that even more if you have a weapon that has crit rate as a secondary stat type (like The Black Sword. A level 80 The Black Sword gives you 25% crit rate)

-All in all, counting the weapon and his constellation, a whopping 95% easy CRIT RATE on Kaeya. The crazy part is crit rate substat from artifacts isn't part of the equation yet.

DPS Kaeya is legit! Kaeya is really consistent on applying cryoto enemies and crit rate uptime almost every time.

-Freeze them as much as possible and plant some mines early game.
-Try to have a lot of elemental reactions as much as possible.
-Late game, before starting the round, plant two Pyro towers and one Electro tower far back.

2. Wait for the 3 abyss mage to move forward
3. Teleport to waypoint and place Gouba (Gouba should burn the grass since it's the abyss mages' weakness which is pyro)
4. Wait for the shield to pop off and burst them down with any of your strong characters
