Can you believe it’s July already? The quarantine vacuum has seemed to expedite time 🙃 The excitement of each month is now shadowed in hesitation for “What’s next in 2020?”

The simple things we have taken for granted like seeing family, going out to eat, and not wearing a MASK!!! Have really challenged perspective...I don’t know about you guys but this year has really reframed how I appreciate my life and others ✨

How I communicate, how I exist, my values/morals, Who I am outside of my every day activities/work have all become the forefront of my mind✨ It all has watered down to saying less and doing more for myself, family, and community✨

If you are reading this, YOU have survived 2020 thus far! With each second we have to complain, fight, think, create, cry, laugh and just breathe we are blessed 🙌🏾

A little under 6 months left of the year How are you going to enjoy it?✨

How I make an Iced Chai Tea Latte in 4 steps ✨

Happy Wednesday! I did a thing because it has been too hot for tea 🥺 but I couldn’t wait any longer. So I’m experimenting with iced tea now!!!!

What you need:

- Chai of your choice I used because I am an addict but I have more teas on the way (Black-owned 👀)

-Milk, I am one of those lactose intolerants that consume dairy anyways but I’m trying to better to myself so I used almond (Some OPTIONS: soy, oat, almond etc.)

- Vanilla Extract from the motherland or supermarket either will work

- ICE

What to Do (One serving)

1) Warm up half a mug water for your tea

2) Heat up your milk with your Sweetner separately

3) Mix the tea and milk together with a cap of vanilla extract and let it sit for 5 -10 or until room temp

4) Add to a cup of Ice and Voila!!!
