Amy now oversees the Carpet & Window Covering Sales department at Design & Detailโ€™s St. Louis location.

She studied Interior Design at The University of Kansas, the Harrington Institute of Interior Design and, finally, at the Illinois Institute of Art, where she graduated in 1994. Her extensive experience includes remodeling a single room, building a new home from the ground up and overseeing major renovations and additions that are conscious of a home's historical significance.

Fifi's visual history combines her various travel experiences with the study of art. After receiving a Bachelor's in Studio Art and Art History from Smith College, she pursued a Master's in Art History and Painting from the Institute for Art and Restoration - Palazzo Spinelli (Istituto per l'Arte e il Restauro Palazzo Spinelli) in Florence, Italy.
