Kia ora Whanau

It has been awhile between posts so I thought it was time for an update.

We had some personal things happening in our lives and needed to sell the Food Trailer which has now been done, but we did keep the
Tu Meke brand to do something with one day.

My main plan for the forseeable future with Tumeke would be a youtube channel doing Product reviews BBQ related, rubs and sauces plus where to get the good meats from in Different areas around NZ, I would love to do Restaurant and Food truck reviews with behind the scenes and owner interviews.

Would this be something ya'll would be keen on?

Until then I am also starting my own clothing brand and would love your support if its up your ally.

Two cool things I will be doing with this Brand is Community Collab designs meaning you can message me an Idea and I will generate a mockup and I you agree this goes into our Community collab collection for you and other people in our community to purchase as well.

The second is I will be donating 5% of each sale to A mental health Charity in NZ this will be I am Hope and in AUS this will be Headspace.

Hey Team

We hope you all had a great New years and enjoyed your time with family and friends.

Over the last week we have had a huge change in circumstances which has made us make a massive decision that we don't want to do but here we are.

We are selling the Food trailer and possibly car, business, grills and smoker etc
This really breaks our hearts as I (Mr Tu meke) had just left my fulltime employment to pursue the food truck full time in 2024.

We have loved meeting you all over the past few years and calling many of you friends.

Thank you all so much for the support over the last few years we have really appreciated it, we have a couple more Catering events in February and March which we are really looking forward to.

Kia ora Ashburton,

I am really sorry but we cant open today due to my health.

Last night i was in excruciating pain so Andy took me to the hospital, after an mri and some tests It turns out my body has been generous & decided to grow me some more kidney stones in both kidneys.

I am on some good pain meds today & on bedrest.
