It’s back-to-school time! One of the most important parts of preparing for back-to-school, is getting your children on a sleep routine, and little changes can make a big difference in their quality of sleep. Starting a routine 1 or 2 weeks before the big day, is a great way to avoid meltdowns and tired eyes the first week of school. Make sure to turn off screens well before bedtime, and avoid sending your your kids to bed hungry; a growling tummy can negatively effect sleep.
