Call him Woody, Woodrow, Chris, or Christopher….it doesn’t matter to him. But we were beyond excited to talk to S FL legend Chris Wood about one of his favorite songs, “Helpless” by Sugar (Bob Mould.). This episode is a good ol’ grunge-era throw down.
