When the quarantine started, I thought it would be very difficult for us to cope. Knowing that the virus is deadly makes it even more scary. My stress level is always at the highest level. Sometimes I would go "praning ning". Due to anxiety, I can feel like I have the symptoms but in reality "nada".

Thank God everyone in the family is doing great. I made it a point that we boost our immune system and always pray for our safety.
Even if we are not the type of people who usually exercise, I find the "Active Spelling" activity as one of the best way to learn, exercise, and have fun at the same time.
