This teacher, who we trust with our most vulnerable students, sent us an email so disgusting that we can't even share it on Facebook without violating community standards.
According to public records, Amy Satterfield was a lottery pre-school teacher with the Murray County School District during fiscal year 2023. However, according to Satterfield's LinkedIn, she has transitioned to special education. On the Dalton Public School's website, she is listed as a teacher at City Park School, which appears to be an elementary school.
For context, Satterfield was booked into the Murray County Jail on June 13th and was scheduled to be published on the Murray County 411 page on the 15th. She emailed us a few hours before her post was set to be published and asked us not to publish it, referencing her job as a teacher. This was Saturday, and nobody saw the email before her arrest was published - not that we would stop it anyway. After it was published, she then sent us another email, which we have added to the bottom of her booking page on our website:
