A 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒗𝒂𝒏 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 is a house made from repurposed shipping containers. These containers are modified to include doors, windows, insulation, and essential utilities like plumbing and electricity.

They offer a durable, affordable, and eco-friendly housing solution, utilizing existing materials and minimizing construction waste. Container van houses come in various styles and can be stacked or combined to create larger living spaces.

✅ 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙨:

✔Affordability: Container bus houses are often more cost-effective than traditional construction methods.

✔Durability: Shipping containers are built to withstand harsh conditions, making them sturdy and long-lasting.

❌Maintenance: Over time, containers may require maintenance to prevent rust and decay.

Container Van's versitality are not limitted to house convertions, it can also be converted in to an office, restaurant, school building, coffeeshop and a lot more.

Planning to build a house for your starting family but on a limited budget?

We did a simple Photo matching exercise for a Low-Cost House dwelling in the province.

Here's a sample of a Bungalow Type 1- bedroom house in 3 layers of CHB and Ficem board walls.

This design is perfect for those who are living in the rural areas in the province. Depending on the finishing materials, this house is estimated to cost 80-120k (price varry from every region)

Advantages:
✅Unique Design
-Hindi siya yung usual na style ng bahay na makikita mo sa paligid
✅Space saving
-pwedeng high ceiling at may loft
-pwede din tiny house mara sa maliit na pamilya
✅Simple Construction
-Hindi masyadong complicated ang construction method
✅Adoptability-kahit saang setting pwede
-pwede sa bundok,palayan,farm,rest house, pede din sa city(need lang ng AC)
✅Cost saving
-since konti lang ang walls nya makakatipid ka 20-30% or higher sa usual na construction style (pero depende padin sa finishing at sa specification na gusto mo)
-Since may mga parts na wala sa usual na stye ng bahay tipid kadin sa labor

After the pandemic we realize that there is still life away from the city...

Lush landscapes, close-knit communities,
slower pace and peaceful environment away from the buzzing noise of the Urban life.

We all dreamed again of having a house in the province or a get away house to unwind and renew our minds away from our busy life.
