HON. BARR. IKENGA IMO'S SEVEN (7) LOFTY MONTHS OF QUALITY LEGISLATIVE REPRESENTATION AND THE MACABRE DANCE OF THE BITTER CRITICS.
Unlike what some embittered critics have tried to portray in their pieces of detailed distortions, *Hon Ikeagwuonwu Ugochinyere Ikenga Imo, Oje Ozi Ideato* has continued to showcase the huge difference that exists when someone with unassailable and an innate panache for service assumes duty as the representative of his people at the National Assembly.
Arguably regarded as the Federal House Of Representatives member in the 10th Assembly with the highest number of court liigations prefered against him on the road to occupying the coveted seat, *Hon Ikeagwuonwu Ugochinyere Ikenga Imo, Oje Ozi Ideato* has proven to his detractors that he is made of steel and a hard nut to crack. He courageously rose up to the occasion, bore the challenges and came out of the political battle unscathed but not without losing his Uncle to the assassin's bullets.
The falsehoods and the negative narratives spun by the cesspool of criticism peopled mainly by sore losers in the Feb. 25th, 2023 National Assembly Elections have seen their weavers carry on as though they were grandiose delusionary agents who continue to make their unsuspecting followers see them as people with powers to make or mar political leaders.
First, when the National Election Petitons Triibunal led by justice Akpovi tried to change the will of Ndi Ideato on their choice of *Oje Ozi Ideato,* this league of critics had told anyone who cared to listen that *Oje Ozi Ideato's* ordeal was signed and sealed and his ouster long foretold from their oracle. I read a post from one of them where he squandered precious time of his readers making sneering comments about *Oje Ozi Ideato's* deluxe legislative office at the National Assembly and had taunted him to start packing. That was the bizarre height their maccabre dance of self delusion could go in an attempt to play god to the extent that when the Appeal Court reversed the travesty of judgement of the Tribunal , it became evident that a political blow they might not recover from had been visited on them.
But instead of receive the Olive branch *Oje Ozi Ideato* , *Hon Ikenga Imo* in his usual magnanimity extended to his opponents on the day he welcomed the judgement of the Appeal Court and commended the courage of the Justices, it appeared his sworn critics had a different agenda.
Oddly enamoured by a core supporter of the defeated former Rep, Dr. Pascal.Obi, they encircled and were on the prowl.
Whereas *Oje Ozi Ideato* has continued to set astonishing legislative records at the Hallowed Green Chambers to the delight of majority of the people that voted massively for him, the antics of the bitter critics still tilt towards shadow chasing and resort to spewing petty allegations.
For the avoidance of doubt , criticism is ideal as it provides a breather for further extrapolation of thought: every idea must be stress-tested under such circumstance. However, *if there are ulterior motives attached to the practice, a determined leader would fight to prove those category of critics wrong than kowtow and chicken out.* The trend of criticism from a few sworn enemies of *Oje Ozi Ideato's* political movement in all honesty smacks of self delusion as it is an indictment to their drought of popular opinion, reason and logic.
Quite noticeably *Hon Ikenga Imo, Oje Ozi Ideato* has a prodigious intellect and admirable personal qualities which he has no doubt brought to bear on his legislative duties. His tenacity at pursuing the ideals he meticulously envisioned as encapsulated in his legislative agenda for Ndi Ideato has been examplary. But what that astounds his unrepentant critics is his transformative legislative feats which have acted as a soothing balm on the wounded hearts of majority of Ndi Ideato Nation both young and old to believe again that a Federal House Of Representative Member could do much more than spew rhetorics. *Instead of become distracted and lose focus which has been the prayers of the naysayers, Oje Ozi Ideato within the first seven (7) months of his legislative representation has established himself as a steady climb in the ladder of fame and influence what with his deployment of entirely new strategem in conveyance of the teething needs of Ndi Ideato on the floor of the National Assembly and eliciting far reaching solutions to them.*
Like the way kittens stick to hotbricks, it is enthralling to observe that the greater majority of Ndi Ideato while reposing implicit confidence in *Oje Ozi Ideato's* capacity as shown within the first seven (7) months of assumption office as their Rep. member, have stuck to him and are *convincingly upbeat that his tireless efforts using the instrumentality of his set of compelling Motions will bring relevant bodies of the Federal government to reverse the menacing erosion at Umuchima , consider the reconstruction of Orlu/ Mgbee/ Akokwa/ Uga road and Onitsha/Nnewi/Uga/Alokwa/Okigwe express road.*
As Ideato nation and her people relish the unprecedented and unparalleled quality representation by *Hon Ikeagwuonwu Ugochinyere Ikenga Imo, Oje Ozi Ideato*,
the Maccabre dance of the bitter critics would wane and perhaps become an embarrassing relics of Ideato national politics.
