Court documents from Cynthia Medlock's trial against Shelly Govar. Shelly is court ordered to delete everything pertaining to Michael Morris and the Medlock family. As of tonight, every YouTube podcast is still available to watch. She will have to delete every single YouTube video that she has considering they all have something about Michael and the Medlock family in them. If she fails to do so, she will be held in contempt of court.

Grasping at air, no new cases. Nobody wants to deal with it. She's become insanely stalkerish. She is glued to the past. She has failed everyone miserably.

Shelly has told her friends and family that she will not be attending the trial. According to Arkansas state law, that means that she is admitting guilt and accepting whatever judgement the court deems necessary. I was hoping that Cynthia would have her face to face moment with Shelly because she very much deserves to be able to look her in the eyes when the judge gives the sentence and states what she must pay and if she has to take down her youtube. I encourage everyone to show up at the courthouse is March and show your support for Cynthia.
