Hey check out my story and see how far I’ve come in just a couple months!

It’s been a long, rough road for me since Covid began, wow! four years ago! I’ve suffered with depression and anxiety 😟 most of my life, but these last few years have really taken a toll! Three years into my recovery, I was searching for something that would help me feel better, but nothing that would stir up those addictive emotions I’ve worked so hard to suppress.
