📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

I've been taking a break from making Yoga content. My old man shoulder just hasn't been very cooperative this past summer 😢

However - I have been enjoying creating a lot of outdoor hiking content with my wife and the poodle these past couple of months.
I set up a new You Tube channel to post all the very amateurish hiking videos we've been making. There's not much there now but I do plan on posting a hiking vlog twice a month. I'll be switching this page over from yoga stuff to more hiking/vloggy content. Feel free to follow along! 😀
