Three years ago today we launched 'Just Get A Real Job', and what a journey it's been so far!!!

Set this up to be a creative toolkit for people who want to understand or are interested in the weird and wonderful creative careers that are possible.

Never expected this to become what's its become and for people to actually listen and engage. I am so grateful to all our listeners and to everyone who makes this what it is!

Say this so often, but it's been a truly life changing experience, getting to meet and chat with so many inspiring people every week.

Couldn't do this without our editor-in-chief Elliot Mitchell, who puts so much hard graft into this and gets it sounding great.

Big shoutout also to Aimee, who does our art and to Amanda, who does our live show photos 🙏

Very proud of what we have accomplished together over the last 119 episodes, and I can't wait to see where this takes us next!
