For top management staff and business owners. Tips on how to appear more serious and powerful in the corporate environment:

- Keep your emails short, direct and simple.

- Don't se× where you make a living. Separate your genitalia affairs from the office affairs.

- Don't over-promise your client/customers. If you find yourself in a situation where you are compelled to say "Yes" or "No", say "No". It is easier and often a favour to change "No" to "Yes" than to do the reverse.

- The more skin she shows, the more underperforming she will be. Sack her, f**k her and give her reference for her next job.

- Keep to time, but make them wait a little longer. They will respect your discipline at time keeping and value having an audience with you.

- Wear more shoes than slippers. Always polish your shoes.

- Laugh at jokes, but be the one to change the conversation back to the business topic.

- Be involved in everything you or your office is spending on. Don't be apologetic in asking the most uncomfortable questions: receipts, reports and screenshot of conversations.

- Trust your guts. Be bold with executing your intuition. Don't make foolish investments or decisions because of friends or family. Gift them money and discharge them with nice words.

Pay close attention to your circle of friends, walk with people who always challenge you to do better, people who can add value to your life, people who are resourceful and are high achievers.

Don't settle with people who are mediocre, don’t settle with small minded people who have nothing significant to offer you.

Vet your circle, reach out to people who can help you in one way or the other positively.

If you must grow, you must cultivate a habit of staying within an environment of people who can help you grow.

Your social environment is very important.

To achieve greatness, Relationships are very important.
