I still remember, when I moved to Canada. It was the month of february. My husband joined his office from the very next day. I was newly married/graduated, in a new country without family and friends. I got depressed. Initial days were hard, but then I met some great friends who helped me. One of my friends, came all the way from Oakville with her mother. She showed me grocery stores, spend the entire day with me and even helped me in getting a new sim. With the start of winters, I recall those initial days, some beautiful memories. Share something similar to start this year with some positivity. 🌹

KETO FOOD IDEAS- Greek Salad with mixed Kabob. Start eating healthy food and you can lose weight instantly. Say NO to carbs (rice,flour etc) and sugar. I used to love Winters and snow before moving to Canada. I still like this weather but it has a lot of cons. ✓No outdoor activities.
✓have to stay at home most of the time.
✓Have to wear layers of clothing, especially winter jackets, winter boots, mittens etc.
✓It badly impacts the skin.
✓Dryness.
✓Limited hangouts.
✓Viral Infections.
I captured this picture today after heavy snowfall.
I miss summers, but still like winters a little bit. Please make sure to cover yourself properly before going out because it can also be risky. What is your favorite season?

I saw a post where I observe that a lot of people wants to loose weight. Guys then go for Keto.
Today my post is regarding Keto. The ketogenic diet is a high Fat, adequate protein and low carbohydrate diet.The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. Ketosis is a normal process that happens when your body doesn't have enough carbs to burn for energy which results in burning of fats. People who try keto aim to get 75% to 90% of their daily calories come from fat, 6% to 20% from protein, and 2% to 5% from carbs. It helps significantly in reducing weight. My husband occasionally follows Keto diet and it always help him in loosing weight. I make Keto diet food and update on my Instagram and I will be sharing the recipes on my YouTube Channel as well. *Cinque Terre*
I always wanted to trip Europe and Alhamdullilah travelled in 2017. I had the best time of my life. Explored a lot of places and enjoyed to the fullest. I still remember our Road trip to Cinque Terre which was really dangerous but worth going. I highly recommend this place to visit once in a lifetime. Its located in Italy and very colorful and lively. We visited in December but the weather was perfect. It was sunny day and I captured some really good pictures.

I travelled a lot in the past few years, I actually love traveling, but its sometimes tiring and difficult to manage, especially if you are traveling with an infant or a toddler. You can make it easier by keeping few things in mind.
✓Keep everything organized beforehand for example: What stuff you are keeping in handcarry/luggage. You should better write it on a piece of paper and keep in your purse.
✓Always check passport/ticket/PR Card/Nic before leaving for the airport.
✓Do your packing in advance.
✓Always keep telenol/advil/panadol in your purse/handcarry.
✓Keep extra clothes, wash clothes, diapers, wipes and other stuff.
✓Stay calm and don't rush when the plane lands.

P.S This picture is from 2017 when we were traveling with Etihad airways and had a bad experience, first the flight was late then they promised to serve snacks but, it was nowhere to be found and then they forgot the luggage as well!!
