I dont know about you, but i had a meh day today.

This pickle penguins smile perked me right up though, we haven't been to the park for ages due to the weather, but as we walked closer, Hunter pointed to it, who was i to say no 🤷🏻‍♀️
The weather has been really nice today so why not and this little face told me he had missed it aswell.

After the shenanigans of turning 40 on Saturday.

Today consisted of chilling and random silliness with my little side kick.

I had the bestest day yesterday with my favourites, it was the perfect birthday, and i truly would not of had it any other way.

We're still here, being back at work and nursery after the new year, Instagram has taken a back seat, but were still lurking in the background.

We've been busy playing with more christmas presents and Hunter's taken a massive liking to the sets he got, i absolutely love watching him play (and joining in) 🤭

Time for a freshen up in Hunters room as he has upgraded to a big boy bed now, using the easyclean range.

They have a lovely range of colours, i chose Pure Brilliant White for the ceiling, Cloud Burst and Moonlight Bay for his walls.

Crown's easyclean paints are 200x tougher than their
standard matt paint, making them perfect for busy homes with roaming toddlers as you can just wipe any splashes or scribbles off walls with a damp cloth.

l was able to paint Hunter's room whilst he was here as
the breatheasy formula has no nasty fumes and also limits exposure to airborne triggers of
asthma and allergy.

𝕋𝕚𝕞𝕖 𝕎𝕖𝕝𝕝 𝕊𝕡𝕖𝕟𝕥

Well both myself and Hunter go back to "normal" routine on Thursday, im back to work, Hunter's back to nursery.

Im looking forward to it and also sad, ive loved the 1 on 1 time and having no routine (no alarm clocks) but i guess all good things have to come to an end and we need to establish some sort of routine and structure back into our lifes!

We had the best christmas this year, we enjoyed every minute, but all good things have to come to an end..

So yesterday i had the itch and yes i took all the christmas decorations down, we are back to normality and my living room seems larger, i managed to put all the new toys away into their new places and done a proper clean of the place.

Im absolutely ready for 2023!!

After watching youtube videos 24/7 on marble runs, specifically marble runs with a wooden plank, i seeked out trying to source one, not one single company in the uk do these, i could of got it from America but the shipping costs and VA i really could not justify in my books, my friend .and.mummy recommended a small uk business

I approached the company, and explained what Hunter wanted and wether or not it was possible for them to custom make it for him, Dan replied back that he could absolutely do it for us, i actually cried as i thought i wouldn't of been able to fulfill a christmas present i knew Hunter would appreciate and love.

Massive shout out to them and i thank you again from the bottom of my heart, you made Hunter so happy on christmas day, he's non stopped played with it 🙌🏼🫶🏼

We've fully embraced today.

Hunter's still not 100% well, but hes done crafts today, opened his Christmas eve box, demolished nearly all the chocolate that was in there, we all back into our pj's and watching cheesy Christmas films and eating picky food.

This mumma doesnt do dinner on Christmas eve.

From myself and Hunter and to all of you, we wish you a very merry christmas, eat, sleep, drink and be jolly, and more importantly... its what you make of the day, not how many presents are under the Christmas tree ❤️

I love Friday's after nursery, no rushing about with a "set routine"

Just a lovely thing to watch, Hunter really likes dogs he's always trying to chase them in the fields, ive have to tell him though we dont pet stranger dogs.

He got so excited because he was allowed to pet and stroke my dads puppy which is a new addition my dad (dollys a cockapoo)

And she took to Hunter aswell, really patient and playful.

Were planning on getting a Mini Dachshund when we get back from Benidorm next year 🙌🏼
