One thing I love teaching my clients is radical self trust and embodiment.

In my 1:1 calls, the issue of self expression and being afraid to repeat things is a recurring theme.

What if I sound boring saying the same thing over and over again?

How can I tell my story in different ways?

I’m afraid no one will care.
I’m burning out, I don’t think I can do this long term.

The truth is, you can have all the strategy in the world and still not be able to create content and sell with ease. Why?

Because the best content that invites people in doesn’t come from following the rulebooks and algorithm hacks that we always see going viral.

It’s creating from a place of freedom, contentment and certainty - not just in your mastery of your work and your audience - but in the loving way you openly accept yourself and the stories that happen around you.

When you box yourself in a set of rules, you perform instead of express.

You reduce your brilliance into “telling stories” instead of sharing what is real and innate in you.

Remember: People buy people, not strategies.

The next time you sit down to write and create, forget about the rules. Trust in what your intuition tells you to say. You might be surprised to see what happens 😉

Trust in yourself + mute those accounts that distract you from finding your voice.

đŸ„˜ Imagine cooking a meal. You could keep peering into everyone else’s pots, mimicking their recipes, adding a dash of this and that until your dish becomes an unrecognizable stew.

Oooorrrr
.

you could step back, taste as you go, and trust your own palate.

If this resonates with you, I break down 5 practical and ridiculously easy steps you can do today to step off that comparison treadmill so you can find your joy, productivity and creativity again.

This one reminds me of old books I would find around my grandparents’ home when I was young.

I would spend hours locked in the attic
 teleported into different worlds.

I was Jo, in the Little Women.
I was trapped on an island with Robinson Crusoe.
I trembled when I learned about Cthulhu.

I loved every moment of it.

If you’ve ever held an old book in your hand, you’ll know how it smells and feels.

You’ll recognize the inky letters and the hand-drawn illustrations.

It brings you back to a familiar, simpler time when the world would fade away and it would just be you and the world inside those earthy pages.

That’s what I want to build for you:

A place where you feel safe and familiar;
To lose yourself in the pursuit of what interests you, and
To never feel alone because you know that somewhere out there, there is someone who understands you.

If this is what you’re looking for, welcome.

I hope becomes that place for you. ♡♡♡

I used to hate Instagram for the very reason that most people in here seemed to be living a life I couldn’t afford.

And although I knew the answers were bright as day and they were mostly things I had no control over, I also knew I had control over one thing:

How I choose to live my life so that my dreams become my reality one day.

For the broke college girl who always wanted to travel to Europe, that dream has since come true.

For the bougie babies me and Marco are, we’re happy where we are but excited for what’s more to come.

This won’t be a listicle about how I built my business or how you’ll get more sales because before all of those things can even happen, you’ve got to work on what’s inside of you.

I know it sounds clichĂ© like that, but there’s something no one talks about enough:

Everyone talks about the final transformation, the end result.

*I changed this, I started doing that. I wrote this, I have this habit now.*

But rarely anyone ever chronicles how hard it is to just take the first NEW step, or get back once you’ve fallen from a new self you’re trying so hard to build.

To convince your current self that, *“Hey, this is it. Today is the day we start becoming HER. What do we do first?”*

I just dropped a full article - my very first Substack post! - on how you can get out of a rut, start building a beautiful, intentional life where everything else (love, business, work) follows.

In short, tiny habits that should you choose to embody, can make you happier, richer, hotter. See for yourself!
