BPM is sonically supported by all knowing, all hearing, all wise, Luke Phillips. Luke was at the helm of the sound desk for both the recordings of Nightmare (live at Salemango 2019) and Them Changes (feat. Jordan Higo), and his live sound knowledge is second to none. Plus, he produced our album released early last year.

The man tasked with bringing all of these different sounds is the most bearded human of all, Maxim Vuolo. There’s not much Maxim can’t do with blistering ease, astounding attention to detail and consummate professionalism, and mastering is just one addition to his long list of skills.
You’ll normally find Maxim behind a sound desk at a festival, a gig or a club night, taking every harsh frequency in his stride.

He loves working with artists to bring their music to life, and his meticulous approach leaves no musical stone unturned. It’s been a pleasure to welcome Maxim into the DnM family, and he’ll be turning his ear to more of our projects soon.

Abi Rudd is making waves in the nationwide music scene, not only within DNM. As well as running her own production educational community ‘Not The Girlfriend’, mentoring for Launchpad, and providing her wisdom to a whole host of music industry giants, she still makes time to mix our tracks.

We love what she’s done with this Them Changes (feat. Jordan Higo). She has retained so much of the energy of the original performance yet it sounds so refined. We love it. Tasty tasty tasty.

If you haven’t heard of Frankie Harper, then you’re missing out. He’s a true center-piece of the Leeds scene, famed for his half of dance-pop duo ‘In The Morning Lights’, his stewardship of the legendary Evoke Studios, and a further extensive credit list too long for this description.

This slightly rough live capture of Nightmare at Salemango Festival 2019, with its particularly rough kick drum sound and abundance of audience noise, was transformed by a swish and a flick of Frankie magic mouse into a masterpiece of sonic wrangling.

Show Frankie some love, give him a follow and listen to his tunes.

DnM’s very own Rollo Jackson took on the daunting task of producing and mixing ‘Autumn in The North’. Recorded in almost sub zero temperatures, with a truly roasting score, and hangovers in abundance this was no easy task. But just like he always does, Rollo nailed it.

When not working on large format jazz sessions you can find him producing and playing his own music, building websites or practicing classical trombone. A truly agile and essential asset to our industry.

It would be amiss to not thank Ben Burnside and the wonderful gang at White Noise Studios. They were fully supportive of our crazy vision from the very beginning, and their wonderful space was an essential catalyst to this track.
