Ever since India went into lockdown to curb the spread of Covid-19, Punjab police constable Ajaib Singh has been going around his city to donate food and essential items to migrant workers and the poor.

His TikTok channel, which has more than 800,000 followers, features videos of charitable acts during the lockdown. One of these videos had an unintended result when it succeeded in reuniting a man with his family after he went missing two years ago.

R Venkateshwarlu, who has speech and hearing disabilities, was seen in the video filmed under a flyover 2,000km (1,242 miles) away from his home.

A friend alerted the family who then contacted police to reunite the family ❤️

Meet Buddy and Barley, the 'brew dogs', delivering beer for Six Harbors Brewing Company to customers under the coronavirus lockdown in New York. The brew dogs are bringing customers joy by running up to their porches and they are now requested for many deliveries.

As Karen said to CBS news : "When they go out and make people smile, I think people really like that. In fact, people need that these days, so when they put a smile on people's faces they're doing their job — which, by nature, is easy for them."🍻🐕

One morning in Beligum, Tristan Van den Bosch saw a man shouting at his mother from the street - she was three storeys up.
