Kamikaze mode activated. The 30 minute race had its ups and downs for me tonight with a lock up late brake had me full kamikaze mode in the bus stop chicane on the first lap sending me even further back in the field. Fighting back up and setting faster laps throughout had me claw back and finish in 13th place where I started.
Keen for it next Thursday night with .au

Crappy Quali. Setting a 1.46.226 as my quali lap in the carrera cup series of .au at watkins glen didn't cut it tonight and put me in 13th on the grid of a 14 car field. Just couldn't find the rhythm at the right time to string a lap together.au

Kyoto Results Went Full Circle
Ended up finishing wherel
started which was P4. A few
early overtakes and some
close misses in the first few
opening laps, the race spread
out between the 6
competitors ofrace 2 and
keeping consistent waskey
with everyone waiting to
capitalise on anyone's mistake
to make time up. Overall great
race for round 2.

Kyoto Quali Against Rocketships
Tonight was round 2 of the gt500 series held
at Kyoto. Pre quali to sort race 1 from race 2
didnt go to badly against the rocketship racers
and i posted a 2.23.850 which landed me in
14th place and putting me into race 2. Race 2
quali landed me in 4th place with a slower lap of
2.24.066 which overall wasnt to bad a spot to
start in a 6 car race.

Had to take the drop round this Thursday
due to work taking the calling. (Was a fun
shoot for some afl players, so can't complain
to much) but yea unfortunate that it was
opening round and that I missed spa in this
season, but onwards and upwards to next

Choccies weren't meant to be
came home in 4th place on the opening round
in race 2 of 2 of the night. rain came down with
2 laps remaining that sorted me right out as I
left my wets in the shed at home and slid like a
lid when fuji opened the skies. Overall a good
performance with a solid battle between 3rd
and 4th for most of the race. still happy with
the result to start the season off report back
