Recipe below 👇🏻 Dont be intimidated by dough! I made these once the kids went to bed, popped them in the fridge and baked them the next day. They are a great grab and go snack! RECIPE: * 1 and 1/3 cups warm water * 7g instant yeast * 1 Tablespoon sugar * 3 Tablespoons olive oil * Salt * 3 and 1/2 cups flour METHOD: * Whisk the warm water, yeast, and granulated sugar together in a bowl. * Add the olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix with wooden spoon until combined. * Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. It willl be soft and smooth when it’s ready, if not, keep kneading. * Divide into 2 balls * Roll into a large rectangle * Spread tomato paste or sauce over dough. * Cover with cheese and other toppings of choice * Roll into a log * Cut into 2 dm round * Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C or until golden #toddlersnacks #healthysnacksforkids #pizzascrolls #sahmlife
