What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very cheap work force employees ... relationships established on Ghostface culture like it was done under respectful financial banking but yet diffrent standards-based like it is a Tim Hortons coffee luncheon... some days only visa is active. No accountability for credit interest or valued service as if the loyal staff member is actually only a voiceless lucky exhibit of years in same position until need for promotion to better position this is because the brand hiding grime response actually to act as a bully is more financial or valued than financial services like a greed muscle that speak louder than financial gains scales charts or customers feedback under ordained witnessed record... by shameful identifications of ugly fish numb fuzzy feelings , waste of staff , waste of air , waste of space, waste of my money time energy ... staff cannot learn new things due to zombafaac heads as one employee loughed he hate jews when asked why he mentioned no reason , when district manger asked of incident I asked to provide cultural education he denied as it is not done anymore this way. Another manger started swearing at another Jewish person this time it was a customer which is regular as arrives more than twice a week , drugs narcotics vioence accured many times which lead to no investigation or criminal charges as some police officers are spouses ... lol... if you l@mb win the lottery don't bank with the zombie TD bank they will literally will commit crimes to get it ... so make it white.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Indian employees have contract with the bank but it functions as bere minimum quota to pretend that money works to meet different foreign bank staff members whom do not identify as standard base line majority... from the obvious reasons whom no one knows why... apparently... because black like matters but think didn't...
