After an excellent year in the House scene in 2020 receiving huge support from the likes of BBC radio and reaching #18 in the Beatport top 100 charts with his Baikonur Recordings release, Kai Rodriguez's future career looks sweeter than sugar and has all the right heads nodding to his unflawed productions.
Kicking off his 2021 with a super sonic hit via Lost Treasure, Kai blurs the lines between deep and tech with his single STR8, showing off his impeccable production pallet, blending an ultra wide sawtooth bassline with slapping modulated drums to set pace on the groove. Not only does he lace the track with his deep unique synth work, he nails the use of a perfect vocal chop throughout which adds an element of sexiness to this fresh cut.
With confirmed releases upcoming on Jump Digital, Kai's future is brighter than a sunny day in Ibiza and is certainly a fresh young talent to remain fixated on in the coming months and years.
