Disclaimer: not a paid promotion. Honest and real review only based on my experience with Rig Cage. Theres a TL:DR on the poster below

Service: 5/5

PRE-SALE:
The service is phenomenal. Rig Cage did not only answer my inquiries as fast as they can, but they also made sure I understand the process of building a rig. As a noobie like me they made sure to give me recommendations that is fit within my budget and would cater to my pc needs such as editing, games and streaming.

They also deliver the next day as soon as you pay the downpayment which is awesome!

They dont hold back when answering questions. They make sure you know what you are paying for. I personally talked to them for about 1 day and a half even before making a decision but I did not feel anything but the best customer service. They don't rush for a sale and make sure you are 100% with your decisions. They give options and suggestions to make your rig the perfect fit for you.

The owners personally added me as well on facebook because I expressed my concern for sending a huge amount of money online (i was scammed before) but the owner actually suggested to add me on facebook, give his ID and even asked me "what can I do to make you feel comfortable about this purchase?". That in itself is just superb customer service.

POST-SALE:
After the rig arrived at my place. I still have questions. (im a noobie) however, even if the sale was made, they still catered to my questions. They have built an awesome relationship with me all throughout the process. They did not ignore my questions no matter how basic it is but still upheld their customer service.

There was also a time where 9 days after the sale, I had concerns with the software not updating properly (aura crate) but they made sure to call me and walk me through the fix. It was an aura crate issue. They also gave me advice on how to clean the rig as well.

Product: 5/5
There is nothing else to say here but the product for its price is just perfect. The quotation is reasonable and they even sent in freebies! The quality of the product works and the software they installed. They even made sure the product is packaged perfectly for the delivery.

There was an instance where one of the parts were not available but they made sure to give me the best alternative and even suggested to throw in a freebie (which is not cheap, I cant disclose this) because the product that I initially quoted was not available. That in itself shows they care about their customers.

Overall experience: 4.5/5
The only reason this is not 5/5 is because they would try to upsell you for better parts. I respect this 100%. its a business, of course upselling is part of the process. However I did expressed that I only have this budget lets make it work and they complied for a smoother conversation. As a sales person myself I respect the hustle and the transparency. and hey if your budget can be flexible itll be worth it.

Would recommend? YES!
This is the best experience I have ever had. And trust me I had contacted other pages for my build but no one came close to Rig Cage.

Once I saw the rise of NFT - one core idea came to mind. This is more than just jpegs and posters. The potential utility is endless however the technology that we have now is not there yet. I just knew this would happen. AR/VR/XR is the most logical next step and was just waiting for the big companies to announce this.
