January 2 is World Introvert Day. And here I am with this episode made just for introverts like me.

I would often get scared whenever I am asked by my boss to do business trips, especially since I don't really like travel that much. But the experience of travelling helped me develop my personality. Being an introvert should be no excuse from growing.

I managed to consolidate all of our individual Word documents into a giant wiki site, only by converting at least one Word document file to a Wiki page each day.

The thing is, if we do our best everyday, consistently, we will see the results we're looking for.

Aside from being an introvert, I am also one who you'd call "pusong mamon". I am always sensitive about what other people would say to me, even before social media became a thing.
