Our Menopause Reality team had an amazingly busy 2023:

We shot 5 new immersive films and shared some of them in Menopause Reality workshops in workplaces including , global law firm and .

We secured our 2nd grant award from which is now enabling further immersive film production.

We started working with women's health charity, , on a 3 year project to deliver menopause workplace support to small to medium businesses in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Luton.

We also started delivering Menopause Reality workshops to the healthcare industry including GP practices, social prescribers and to pharmaceuticals company Astellas.

We have been delighted to continue working with , of and the campaign this year. We refer to her as 'the human encyclopedia of the menopause' as we are yet to find anything she doesn't know, and we are hugely grateful that she continues to share her expertise with us and our Menopause Reality workshop attendees!

Thank you to everyone we've worked with for a brilliant year. Can't wait to see what 2024 has in store for us all! 🎉

Last Tuesday, the Menopause Reality team had the pleasure of shooting another one of our newest immersive films.

This film stars Fola Bello, who welcomed us into her home and shared how she swims to ease the effects of menopause.

Last week, the Menopause Reality team were at Seaham Harbour shooting one of our newest immersive films for our project with Wellbeing of Women.

This film stars Helen Wardropper (), and we're so happy that Helen trusted us enough to share her menopause story.

Excited to start the editing process, and to dry off after that chilly dip in the North Sea! 🌊

We had such a great night sharing our Menopause Reality immersive films with the wonderful Anita Powell and some of the lovely members of her Menopause Alliance Beds and Luton support group last week. The group viewed 2 short films on our virtual reality headsets and then discussed how the women’s stories resonated or varied from their own experiences. Thanks so much for inviting us. We had a great time running the Menopause Reality workshop back in September for our friends, Aviva

We visited their Norwich office and ran a number of one hour sessions for the Aviva people managers, each session starting with a viewing of one of our Menopause Reality immersive films, followed by a group discussion led by menopause expert, Diane Danzebrink ()

We received some amazing feedback from the attendees, with 75% finding that the Menopause Reality workshop was more impactful than any other menopause information they had seen!

We support the cause because we believe that everyone should understand the true impact of the Menopause.
