I have been getting questions from my UK brothers about the situation in America and what they can do. I wanted to provide some simple things that you can and are in no way the only ways you can be involved. Being an African American in the UK allows direct communication with my people here. Below is a summary and then some details.

Basically educate yourself and stand up for injustices while supporting your community. Acknowledgement of African American and black contributions to society. Note there are many ways to show your support. This depends per situation but social media is global so even a post makes a difference.

1. Be aware and seek education

2. Share your educational sources and information to help spread knowledge and understanding.

3.Being conscious and speaking out on injustices about African American, blacks and support all general injustices.

*Understanding how you benefit from something that you may not acknowledge.

4.Support the history of African Americans and black businesses either through posting educational information, supportive history context, purchases and/or simply acknowledgement of their contributions to society.

5 Link with people who are inside and outside of your circles to work out prevention and solution based ideas for injustices and racism.

6. Use social media to promote positive anti-racism and injustice images, goals and messages.
