MOBILE LEGENDS TOURNAMENT
Mechanics
(1 team for SK Officials Division and 2 Teams for KK Division)
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. Eligibility of ML Players shall follow the policies stipulated in the general mechanics on eligibility of Provincial Linggo ng Kabataan 2021;
1.2. Only SK Members and KK Members of their respective LGUs can play, ranging from 15-30 years old as per RA 10742.
1.3. As agreed during the 10th SK Provincial Federation Session, all ML Players must submit a photocopy of 1 valid ID and Brgy. Certificate.
2. OFFICIAL LINE-UP
2.1. A team must consist of the following members:
5 main players (mandatory)
1 reserved player (optional)
1 player coach (optional)
2.2. The official line-up of players must be submitted to the Sangguniang Kabataan Office on or before November 12, 2021;
2.3. Said line-up shall be duly signed by the respective SK Federation Presidents concerned;
2.4. After the first game has been played, the official line-up is deemed final;
2.5. Replacement of players after the games have started is not allowed, except in case of accident, suspension, disability of players who will be substituted;
2.6. Replacement player must also satisfy the eligibility requirements;
3. FORMAT OF THE GAME
3.1. The general format of Provincial LNK 2021 is followed in this tournament;
3.2. A double-elimination format shall be adopted to determine which teams will face each other for the championship game.
3.3. Finals will be Best-of-5 Games
4. Schedule of Games
4.1. The tournament is an Online Tournament;
4.2. Complete schedule of games shall be consulted with the team representatives;
4.3. Should there be any change in schedule, the Event Manager must inform the concerned teams in writing which shall be properly signed by the team’s coach or his representative upon receipt;
4.4. Change in schedule may be allowed only by the Event Manager or TechCom, and only by reason of unavailability/unplayability of the venue, bad weather, force majeure, or special cases, deemed urgent by the TechCom;
4.5. Failure of any team to assemble in the designated area with at least five (5) players in the prescribed attire 15 minutes after the official start of the game shall render “forfeiture of the game” unless the TechCom, in very rare instances, finds compelling grounds for extension by reason of weather, force majeure, or miscommunication wherein the TechCom is at fault, among others;
4.6. Official starting time of the game shall not be affected/altered by early finish, no-show, or forfeiture of the preceding game(s);
4.7. However, if both teams would agree, the game may start ahead of schedule;
5. Code of Ethics for Players and Spectators
5.1. Players are expected to conduct themselves and compete with the spirit of sportsmanship, maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor in activities involving other participants and public in general;
5.2. The TechCom has the right to apply penalties, disqualify and dismiss any registered player from the tournament, at their discretion, at any stage of the tournament.
5.3. Cheating doesn’t need to be successful to qualify as a violation and will lead to an automatic disqualification for all conspirators.
