As we're almost halfway through Mental Health Awareness Month, we thought we should bring back this graphic. Especially after a challenging year for all of us, many people are facing a decline in their mental health and it is as important as ever that we take the time to prioritize our mental health.

To help combat this in yourself and those around you, reach out to family and friends, continue to make meaningful connections with family, culture and community, and help facilitate access to mental health services, either virtual or in-person.

Mental health is health. Let's help make sure it's a priority, too.
