A Year of Unshaken Favour

Isaiah 54:4 - "Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; ...."

As you continue in the year, God's promise is clear: you're favoured, not forsaken. The shame of past struggles, the weight of past failures, He's wiping them away. No more shame, no more disgrace. You're moving forward in His love and strength.

Beloved, walk in the year with confidence. You're covered by His favour. Trust Him, and watch doors open, blessings flow, and God's goodness surrounds you. Amen.

A Step of Faith

2 Samuel 5:7 - Nevertheless David took the stronghold of Zion (that is, the City of David).

Nothing good comes easy. The Jebusites did everything to discourage David. They mocked him and despised his army. Nevertheless, David prevailed.
Nothing has changed, fulfilment and expansion don't come easy. David won because he had his eyes on the prize and God helped him.

It's the time to enlarge your coast. He who did it for David will do your own. Take the step of faith.

Jesus is the Answer

Romans 7:24-25 NLT - ...Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin and death? Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord.

We often wrestle with sin's grip, wondering why we yield despite knowing better. Paul's cry echoes ours: trapped by sin, longing for freedom. But God's answer remains: Jesus. He's the victory over sin's dominion, the power to overcome our weakest moments.

In 2026, let's face our secret struggles, knowing Jesus is the answer. Like Paul, we press on, trusting God's daily grace to overcome temptations. He strengthens us to live righteously, progressing in faith by His mercy. What's your struggle? Jesus is the answer. He'll empower you to overcome. Amen.

God Superior Plan

Mark 9:7 - “This is My beloved Son. Hear Him!”

God's voice overruled Peter's honest suggestion, reminding us that His ways are higher. We often craft our own plans, but God's verdict remains supreme. His ways will always surpass our best ideas. God has better intentions, we must trust Him.

As we journey on in 2026, let's readily yield to God's voice, seeking His wisdom above our own. He will direct our steps, transform our situations, and bring out the best. Hear Him, obey Him, and watch Him unfold greatness in your life. Amen.

Applying the Word

James 1:25 (NKJV) – “But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.”

True freedom and blessing in this new year do not come merely from hearing God’s Word, but from gazing steadily into it and putting it into practice. Our own strength is insufficient, so we must depend on the Lord’s enabling power to move from belief to obedient action. As we study, obey, and seek the Spirit’s leading, His divine life works through our daily walk, aligning our choices with His will and producing enduring fruit.

Beloved, let this year be defined by glad obedience and courageous witness. Begin within your household, then extend His truth through both personal relationships and digital platforms. In sharing the Word, we participate in a sacred cycle of grace, strengthening others even as God continually reshapes us.

Lord, this year, grant us grace to be doers of Your Word and not hearers only, for our blessing and for Your eternal glory. Amen.

A Worthy Condition

Exodus 33:15 - "If your presence does not go with us, do not take us up from here."

As we step into 2026, let's make a bold declaration: God's presence is our priority. A difficult situation may demand drastic measures, but ensure God's presence is at the forefront. Moses' bold stance reminds us that God's presence is non-negotiable. When we prioritize Him, He clears paths, protects destinies, and guarantees success.

Beloved, make God's presence your precondition for every step in this new year. It's superior to any asset or strategy. He'll guide your journey, just as He did with David, Joseph, and Paul. Seek His injunction, pursue His presence, and watch Him as He guides your steps in the year.

God's Presence: The Key to Victory

Psalm 114:7 - "Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob."

As we step into this new year, let's recognize our greatest need: GOD'S PRESENCE. More than anything else, we need His presence to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and fulfill purpose. No force dares oppose it, and those who carry it are fearless, seeing circumstances align in their favour.

Carriers of God's presence live consecrated. Their secret is the time spent with God in meditation and prayer. Beloved, prioritise this and experience all-round victory. The Lord whose presence made mountains melt will clear any obstacle on your path of success, and bring glory to His name. Amen.

A Lesson in Obedience

Mark 14:13 - "And he sent two of his disciples, and said unto them, Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him".

This verse showcases Jesus' divine foreknowledge and care for the details of our lives. As we embark on this new year, let's learn from the disciples' example. Their willingness to follow Jesus' instructions without question demonstrates the kind of obedience God desires from us in the new year.

Gratitude

Psalm 107:1-3, 8-9

Dear Heavenly Father,

Standing on the threshold of a new year, 2026, I take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Your goodness, love, and faithfulness. You have been my Rock, my Redeemer, and my Provider.

Thank You for the blessings, the challenges, and the lessons learned. As I continue to trust in Your unfailing love and wonderful deeds, satisfy my thirst and fill my hunger with good things.
