In this video, we’re going to talk about the nutrients that make muscles grow. We’re also going to talk about things that will slow down the break down of muscle. The myth is that you need more protein to build muscle. The whole conversion of breaking down the protein and building it back up requires vitamins and minerals. We don’t necessarily need more protein—we need more nutrients.

The top two nutrients that many people are missing are:
1. Potassium
2. Trace minerals

Other vitamins you need:
• Fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E, and K)
• B vitamins
• Vitamin C

All of these are necessary for the conversion of muscle tissue. If you exercise, you will break down and build up tissue, and this is also necessary.

Common issues people have with building muscle:
• Insulin resistance
• Stress (high cortisol)

What you can do to help build muscle:
• Intermittent fasting (2-3 meals per day)
• No snacks
• Have fatty protein
• Consume a moderate amount of protein (3-6 oz.)
• HIIT (high-intensity interval training)
• Sleep

This was Long OVERDUE...
I have been planning to start this journey since many years and today here i am executing it finally.
As most of you guys know that i have made this page just to share my journey of achieving my long and hopefully never ending bucket list. I would be achieving them sooner or later but the journey i will be sharing through vlogging. I will be daily posting pictures and stories of what my daily routine would be to achieve all those amazing BUCKET LIST.
So following are my first six DREAM LIST as i call it,
1) Achieve the old me. (Six pack in six months)
2) Become a Traveller ( travel regularly for the rest of my life)
3) Learn Music ( Learn different music instruments)
4) Learn Dance ( being a non dancer i have to learn and master dancing)
5) Prepare for a Triathlon
6) Learn self defence ( learn how to defend yourself in any situation)
These are my first list of DREAMS i wanted to share with you guys...
I will make sure that you guys will enjoy this journey as much as i will.
