This case I am about to tell you about is very dear to me. It's something I have spent 2 years off and on investigating. I did not personally know Cindy, but I feel like I did with the research I have done on this case. I have heard wonderful things about her, making what happened to her even more tragic. Unfortunately a lot of the information I have I can't release because I will never release anything unless its concrete. But I'd still like to spread awareness on Cindy's brutal murder. It's been over 30 years and there are definitely people out there who knows what happened.
