It is with great sadness that I mourn the death of HE.Charles Kipngok,The Deputy Governor BARINGO County. Charles was a much-loved member of the community, and his loss will be felt by all who knew him.
He was a genuine and ambitious leader, always looking for ways to improve the lives of those around him. He will be sorely missed.

On behalf of the community, I would like to pass my heartfelt condolences to the Family of Charles. He will be remembered fondly for his many contributions to society.

Hon Stephen Kipkebut Arap Kokoyo joined the members of fgck and the Christian of that area for a joyful and exciting album launch for the FGCK choir hosting several choirs from the area snd it was just great and portrayed such a good picture for Baringo north in their quest to know Christ and I also got the opportunity to boost the album launch by making 300 disk copies and in addition procured tiles to be installed in the church for whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. I believe that a good leader in this domain must be both effective in resource management and passionate about improving healthcare services.

First and foremost, an effective leader in this domain must have a clear vision for how to improve healthcare services. Without a clear vision, it will be difficult to effectively manage resources and personnel. A good leader must also be able to articulate this vision to others in a way that inspires them to work towards the same goal.

In addition to having a clear vision, a good leader must also be effective in resource management. I had the opportunity to consult and mourn with the people of Kosile, Ngaratuko who survived bandit attacks and cattle rustling after a brief exchange of ideas and got the chance to experience firsthand the heartbreaking conditions the people live in, and in the dialogue that arose was that Whenever these problems recur, most commentators offer quick-fix solutions and blame politicians and bureaucrats for not building more schools, for political incitement and refusal to invest in soft security. Yet there is more than meets the eye. and we agreed with the people, My people the people of BaringoNorth that besides fixing the Major security issue, all the abandoned dusty hamlets and trading centers must be bolstered with innovative incentives so that they can attract trade and create jobs.
Secondly, we must help the youth in these areas to acquire skills other than herding. Which vastly narrows what they can do in life.
I will make selected investments to create alternative livelihoods and improve the market and trading centers. Opportunities abound in the livestock value chain, from veterinary services and products to meet as well as hides and skins processing, to the production of leather products.
Finally, civic empowerment, governance, and political accountability must be enhanced through systematic change management processes, to change mindsets and win hearts.
I also mourned with the family who lost a loved one
The aim is not political but to strengthen the broken-hearted and give them hope at a time when their hope may be waning; it is to lighten the load of the bereaved.
When a person from BaringoNorth is afflicted with a difficulty of any sort, be it the loss of a loved one or any other hardship, The entire Arror Nation loses a loved one. My condolences to the family of the bereaved

Meet the people Expedition …KAPLUK EDITION
The people expressed their need for a good leader who will solve everyday challenges facing the Youth, Women, Men and Pwd’s who expressed the issues faced daily which when solved would bring Kapluk and arror nation at large to great prosperities
The challenges are surfaced among all ages and gender
1) Corruption and weak governance;
2) COVID-19 pandemic related economic slowdown;
3) Weakened consumer spending (leading to rising unemployment and poverty);
4) Lower public investment and fiscal austerity; 5) Security.
5)Water Security
Thank you to the church and leaders of Kapluk aic where my intercessiin took place , i got a chace to consult and exchange ideas with youth leadees from the area, those in institutiins of higher learning and the post graduates .I also got the chance to meet boda boda riders from the area who took me for a ride as i got to experience their day to day lives and take part in a one on one conversation with the future generation. Not forgetting our parents as i got to walk a mile in their shoes .
To my people the people of kapluk woes have not fallen into deaf ears ,every challenge has a solution and i am honored to be the solution when elected just as i as promised
I thank the elders who took their time to bless my journey to the national government as your Member of Parliament
