The Missing Persons Platform allows you to share this information in real-time online. When more people know a person is missing, it can increase the chances of the person being found.

We get asked the question a lot:
What should I do if a person listed as missing on the platform calls me or returns?

This allows you to enter updates about the listing. Our team will be notified immediately and you should get feedback from us within 24-48 hours.

Ever experienced a fake credit alert?

It’s an annoying experience.
Today from the Missing Persons Platform (MPP) we have 3 tips to protect yourself:

1) Look for inconsistencies: Incorrect Date and time, grammatical errors, etc. Pay extra attention to the Credit Alert Screenshot to spot inconsistencies.

2) Insist the client waits until you get a notification from your bank.

In situations where this is not possible, always collect the person's number and test it to confirm it is an active line and the sim is in the same phone the credit alert is (their primary phone).

3) When you are extremely suspicious of the person, request they show you the debit alert from the banking app (avoid text messages). The banking app should be opened, navigate to the transaction section, and the debit alert listed.
