" Prejudice cannot see the things that are, because it is always looking for things that aren't" we as nation usually look for negative things in people because it has spice and appeal. In this habit of ours we usually don't give credit to them for things that they truly deserve. We should learn to give credit where its due. Dr. Imtiaz Ali Khan, the Vice Chancellor, University of Swabi took charge as Vice Chancellor on June 09, 2017 and in his three years tenure he made significant contributions for the progress and development of the University. Some of which are as follow:
1. Increased the number of Departments from 11 to 28, providing vast options for students to choose from.
2. Almost 400 % increased in student enrollment in last 3 years ( from 1100 to 4000)
3.Recognition of the Department of Pharmacy and Department of Law. Initiation of Post Graduate Programs of M. Phil and PhD in various departments of the University.
4. University main campus was made functional and the newly established departments were shifted to it.
5. 7 International Conference and countless national conference and Seminars were arranged during his tenure where International Scholars from around the world visited the University and stayed on the campus. It provided much needed exposure and publicity to the university.
6. Renowned Professors in the field of Pharmacy, Chemistry, Agriculture were appointed in the University which has increased the research productivity of the University.
7. The first ever promotion of administrative staff of the University was done in his tenure.
8. Upgradation of the Basic Pay Scales of the Staff which was a long-awaited task.
9. Study and Recreational Tours to the students of the University were arranged on regular basis which enabled the students to gain knowledge, exposure and much needed refreshment.
11. Renovation and beautification of old campus.
12. First ever joint Convocation of University of Swabi and Women University Swabi was arranged which recieved widespread acclaim and appreciation.
13. Last but not the least a Mega PC-I has been approved by CDWP, Planning Commission and HEC in its recent meeting worth Rs. 1.386 Billion which includes Student Hostels, Electrification, Central Library, Staff Residences etc.
All these service deserve acknowledgement and appreciation specially from the stakeholders of the unviserity and people of Swabi.

آج میں کی جانب سے ضلع #صوابی کے (500)مستحق گھرانوں راشن تقسیم، سے بچاؤ کے سارے اختیاطی تدابیر کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے انتہائی شفاف طریقے سے راشن تقسیم ہوئی۔راشن تقسیم کرنے کے دوران ڈی سی صوابی جناب ،الخدمت فاؤنڈیش کے صوبائی صدر جناب صاحب،ضلعی صدر جناب بریگیڈیئر(ر) ڈاکٹر ، جنرل سیکٹری جناب اور دیگر سربراہان الخدمت فاؤنڈیشن موجود تھے۔اسی موقع الخدمت فاؤنڈییشن کے سربراہان نے اپنے رضاکاروں کے کارگردگی کو بہت سراہا اور انہیں خراج تحسین پیش کی۔
