The Night Guest is an eerie and ensnaring story set in contemporary Reykjavík that’s sure to keep you awake at night. This translated psychological horror novella was creepy and very unique. I read it in one sitting. The idea of something happening while you’re asleep but having zero recollection of it when you wake up is quite chilling. Atmospheric and creepy, this is the perfect book to add to your fall TBR.

💬 Who’s your favorite morally grey character?

Daddy Dacre for me!!! Gosh I love that man.

The Hunted Heir by is the second book in a scorching romantasy series with enthralling secrets, impassioned enemies, and luring tension. Verena and Dacre together have a chokehold on me and I’m so here for it. I absolutely love these characters.

I think it’s fair to say I’m a fan of this series and craving more!!! If you haven’t read it yet, definitely check it out!

I’m planning on going through my son’s room and packing up old toys and clothes for donation. It’s always a huge process, but so well worth it.

This week I’m reading A Thousand Boy Kisses by . This is such an emotional tearjerker! Aundreya (.inwatercolor) recommended this one and I’m loving it!! I’m halfway through and I already know this story is going to wreck me. Have you read it yet? 📖

I do. Not by choice, per say, but I do. Usually I take everything down January 1st… but the horrible yucky virus that shall remain nameless hit, and normal daily tasks got put on hold. I’m hoping to get it all put away this weekend.

One of the many series I hope to read this year is The Raven Boys! I read the first book when it first released, but then never continued on with the series. I’d love to finally dive in and see where the story goes!
