So, I bumped into an article about engineers and consumers approach products with a completely different mindset: the former is about creating a "solution" and the latter simply wants a tool to solve their problem that they don't need to research or learn.

The two obviously (or not so obviously) have a lot of friction. It makes perfect sense but until now I never realized it. Great article!
