As I type this, as I am abit emotional.
I have been since Saturday.
Being invited to The SAMA'S as a VIP, walking on the red carpet and having a seat in the front of the entire stage was a humbling experience for me.
Reminded me of all the FREE work I did for 4 years, the early hours of traveling the all night working, the " Nadine we can't pay you your full rates, right now moments.
To top it off it was a full circle for me as I invited my mentor as my plus 1 🙌 to attend. , who taught me about stage etiquette and the importance of having a spirit of excellence.
Doctor Sylvester Funani, God granted me the opportunity to sow a seed of honour to say THANK YOU to him 🙏. My heart ❤️ is full.
I've worked hard in the music industry to cultivate top of the notch stage productions and curating music artist brand structures within the B2C and B2B private and public sector of South Africa.
I am grateful 🙏 that such an incredible music platform has recognized my work 🥺.
