How to make Supreme pizza nachos
Ingredients:
For the Marinara Sauce
⦁ 3 tablespoons olive oil
⦁ 2 garlic cloves, minced
⦁ 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
⦁ 1(14.5-ounce) can dice tomatoes
⦁ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
⦁ 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
chili flakes, optional (but I mean come on, why wouldn't you?), plus more for serving
For the nachos
⦁ 2-3 bags of pita chips
⦁ 8-10 slices bacon, thinly sliced
⦁ 4 Italian sausages, casing removed ( about 1 pound)
⦁ 5 ounces little mini pepperoni
⦁ 10 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
⦁ 1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
⦁ 1 red onion, diced
⦁ 1 ½ pound shredded mozzarella cheese
⦁ fresh basil, thinly sliced, for serving
⦁ parmesan cheese, for serving
⦁ ranch dressing, for serving

Directions:
1. Make the marinara sauce: Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high. Add the garlic and onion and cook until soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Add in the tomatoes, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper and cook until thick, about 7 minutes. Keep warm.
2. Make the nachos: Heat a large skillet over medium. Add the bacon and cook until crispy, about 7 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Drain the bacon fat, reserving it for frying everything else.
3. Heat 3 tablespoons|45 ml bacon fat in the skillet and add the sausage. Cook the sausage, using a wooden spoon to break it up until browned all over, about 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the sausage and transfer it to the plate with the bacon.
4. Add the pepperoni to the skillet and cook it until they turn into cute little 'Roni cups, about a minute or 2. Transfer them to the plate with the sausage and bacon.
5. Add about ¼ cup|60 ml bacon fat to the pan and cook the mushrooms until soft and golden, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and transfer to a bowl.
6. Heat the oven to 400°F|200°C. Layer one bag of pita chips on the baking sheet and top with some of the bacon, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, and cheese. Drop some dollops of marinara on there. Scatter with the other bag of chips and top with the remaining ingredients (except for the basil). Bake the nachos until the cheese is golden and bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with basil. Serve with more chili flakes, parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing on the side (or drizzle with the ranch if you're really smart slash fat).

How to make Queso and chips
Ingredients:
⦁ White American cheese and Mozzarella
⦁ Evaporated milk ( Can use this instead of cream, milk, or even half & half
⦁ Cornstarch ( A good thickening ingredient)
⦁ Jalapenos or Green Chiles ( or both)
⦁ Chilli powder
⦁ Red pepper Flakes
⦁ Salt & pepper
⦁ Optional Spices: Cumin and/ or nutmeg
⦁ Garnish ( Top with cilantro, diced tomatoes, and jalapenos

Directions:
1. Heat evaporated milk and whisk in cornstarch. Once simmering, reduce heat to low.
2. Stir in your cheese in batches by the handful. Stir until fully melted, and then add more and stir until all cheese has been added and melted together.
3. Stir in any add-ins, chili powder, red pepper, jalapenos, etc.
4. Grab your chips and ENJOY! Or use it to make good recipes even better like our Smothered Chicken Fajitas or Perfect Chicken Nachos.
5. Recipe Variations
6. To reheat: Add a splash of milk and heat in the microwave in 15-30 second increments, stirring between each increment to make sure it’s fully heated through.

How to make pizza bagels
Ingredients:
⦁ 20 Miniature bagels, cut in half
⦁ 2 cups mozzarella cheese, finely diced
⦁ 1 cup pepperoni, finely diced ( or finely diced ham)
⦁ 1 - 1 1⁄2 cup pizza sauce
⦁ 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
⦁ 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
1. Lay bagels on a large cookie sheet.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Top each 1/2 of the bagel with about 2-3 tbsp of mixture.
4. Flash freeze on the cookie for about 3 hours or until topping on bagels is firm.
5. Transfer to a large freezer bag, label, and freeze.
6. To serve: Bake from frozen at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.

How to make cannabutter for edibles
Butter is a delicious and versatile carrier for THC and other Cannabinoids, although it isn't the only one. You can also use coconut oil, olive oil, or any other fatty oil for your infusions. just keep in mind, butter burns easily, so keep a close eye on your cannabutter as it cooks.
Ingredients:
⦁ 1 cup of butter
⦁ 1 cup(7-10 grams) of ground cannabis, decarboxylated
The essential (and often missed) first step: Decarboxylating the cannabis
Before making your cannabutter, you'll need to decarboxylate, or "decarb", the cannabis flower you're working with. skipping this step will result in a weak or inactive finished product. Now some recipes may instruct you to decarb the cannabis in the hot butter directly, but the less time you spend soaking your buds, the better your infused butter is going to taste. For that reason, HighSmokeRadio recommends decarbing in the oven first.
Directions:
1. Decarb the cannabis: Preheat your oven to 245°F. Place cannabis buds on a non-stick, oven-safe tray. Cover the tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking. insert the tray into the oven and set a timer for 30-40 minutes. Older dryer cannabis may require less time. (Tip- you can also set your oven to 300°F and heat for 10-18 minutes, although low-and-slow is the recommended approach when decarbing to better preserve the cannabinoids.) Every 10 minutes, gently mix the buds with a light shake of the tray to expose the surface area of the buds equally.
2. Grind: Grind the decarboxylated cannabis coarsely with a hand grinder.
3. Melt the butter: Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of butter into a stockpot or saucepan. simmer on low and let the butter melt. Adding water helps regulate the temperature and prevent the butter from scorching.
4. Add the cannabis: As the butter begins to melt, add in your coarsely ground cannabis product.
5. Simmer: Maintain low heat (ideally above 160°F but never exceeding 200°F) and let the mixture simmer for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. the mixture should never come to a full boil.
6. Strain the cannabutter: Set the funnel on top of a jar and line it with a cheesecloth. Once the butter has cooled off, pour it over the cheesecloth funnel and allow it to strain freely. (Tip- Squeezing the cheesecloth may push more bad-tasting plant material through).
7. Refrigerate the jar of butter: If excess water forms at the bottom of the jar, you can remove the solid butter with a knife and drain the water out. (The butter will need to refrigerate for about an hour before removing water.)
8. Dose carefully: Refer to the dosing information below before adding your butter to any snacks, dishes, or desserts.
Tips for dosing cannabutter
Your butter’s potency depends on many factors, from how long and hot it was cooked to the potency of your starting material. Even the type of cannabis used (Indica vs. Sativa strains) can be a factor. To test the potency of your finished product, try spreading ¼ or ½ teaspoon on a snack and see how that dose affects you after an hour. Decrease or increase the dose as desired. You can then use this personalized “standard” dose as a baseline for your recipes.

How to make g***a granny's smoked mac 'n' cheese
Ingredients:
⦁ 1/2 cup cold cannabutter plus 1 tablespoon melted cannabutter
⦁ 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
⦁ 1 cup flour
⦁ 4 cups of milk
⦁ 2 teaspoons salt
⦁ 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
⦁ 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
⦁ 1 pound penne pasta, cooked
⦁ 1 cup shredded smoked mozzarella cheese
⦁ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
⦁ 1 cup shredded American or Swiss cheese
⦁ 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
⦁ 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°F
2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the cannabutter and regular butter together. Add the flour and whisk well for 3 to 5 minutes, while the mixture cooks.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium pot over high heat, bring milk to just a boil.
4. Slowly add the heated milk to the butter-flour mixture, whisking to incorporate well. add the salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper, and continue to cook until the mixture reaches a boil. Remove from the heat, stir in the cooked penne and cheeses, saving 1/4 parmesan cheese for topping.
5. Pour the penne mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs with the remaining parmesan and the 1 tablespoon melted cannabutter and sprinkle on top of the penne. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

How to make Ma*****na Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
⦁ 2 1/3 cups flour (make the 1/3 cup heaping)
⦁ 1 teaspoon baking soda
⦁ 1 teaspoon salt
⦁ 6 ounces of cannabutter
⦁ 1 ounce of regular butter (1/4 of a stick)
⦁ 3/4 cup sugar
⦁ 1 big cup brown sugar (don't pack down)
⦁ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⦁ 2 large eggs
⦁ 1 3/4 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
3. Beat cannabutter, butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl till creamy.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Slowly add flour mix, then chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
