We love laughing and joking around on .podcast but we also understand the value of being able to talk and share about the difficult moments in our life. Life is full of fun and laughter;Yet, at an instant your world can flip upside down. It’s not always easy embracing the painful moments in life and whether we like it or not we know that all of us are bound to face it sometime in our existence. There is true power in sitting down and talking with a trusted friend. When you’re in pain there is no shame in asking for support.

I wanted to give Debbs a couple months before recording another episode but she bravely decided that she wanted to talk about her mother’s su***de and her own hospitalization while it was still fresh. She truly wanted to share real insight from this painful experience and hopefully this may help even just one person out there to seek help when they need it.

Mrs. Annie Yen you will be truly missed. I thank you for giving birth to my two best friends. Thank you for never kicking me out of your house. Thank you for being your spunky unique self!

My absolute favorite stretch vid. I have been doing it for about a month. I just stick with this one stretch and I do it about once or twice a day. If you have lower back and hip pain I highly recommend this. I also highly recommend going gluten free and eat more fresh foods. It’s really changed my life for the better with so much less pain. Sometimes I feel like I am walking on clouds!
I love my body again and life is so much more enjoyable.

The first time I saw “s*x god” written anywhere was in sophomore or junior year in high school. It was in a teen British book called “Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging”. Straight out hilarious. Debbs and I just recorded episode 54. She shared that she has decided to stop thinking about the actions she wanted to take and to take action to nurture her mental wellness. She has started meditating and it has proved to help her manage her thoughts and emotions. I suggested she try sleep meditations. It’s a form of meditation and hypnosis. When I needed it badly I listened to one of the 45 options in this playlist every night. I fall into a deep sleep everytime.
