Which soup are we making to keep us warm this freezing cold week?

1. Ramen
2. Cauliflower Corn Chowder
3. Lentil Soup
4. Zuppa Toscana
5. Tortilla Soup

We are making all of the warm and cozy things this week, and hope everyone is staying safe and warm!!

šŸ¹The step-by-step Paloma guide is hereāœØ Gather your ingredients, and get to it:
1. Prepare your lime juice (1oz) and grapefruit juice (1oz),
2. Prepare your simple syrup (1:1 ratio of boiling water and sugar, stir until fully dissolved),
3. Get your glass, line the rim with lime and then tajin,
4. Combine your lime juice, grapefruit juice, tequila (2oz - we love šŸ„ƒ), and simple syrup (.5oz) in a shaker with ice and shake,
5. Strain over ice into your tajin-rimmed glass,
6. Add topo chico (1oz), garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!

Letā€™s talk about Salmon. Itā€™s actually a lot easier than you think to cook and have on hand regularly. But, a lot of people think itā€™s more complicated than it is. Do you want more salmon in your life?? Here are my top salmon tips:

1. Buy it frozen (I get mine from ), and I pull out what I need the day before I plan to make it. Make sure to remove it from the vacuum sealed package and place it in an air tight container to thaw overnight in the fridge!

2. Cook it on the stove, in the oven, or in the air fryer. Whatever youā€™re in the mood to do, it only takes a few minutes! Iā€™ll be adding my favorite salmon recipes to my recipes highlight!

3. Tinned salmon is also a great option! I love for a high quality, shelf stable option - I throw it in my bag and eat it for lunch at work!

4. Iā€™m pretty sure every time someone over the age of 100 is asked their secret to longevity, they always mention eating lots of fish! So, I donā€™t know about you, but Iā€™m taking that advice!
