NIL Deal of the Week: Marvin Harrison Jr. signs deal with first-ever robotic QB company
The Ohio State wide receiver is one of the most marketable players in college football and is the top returning wide receiver in the nation for 2023.
Harrison built a reputation this past season for staying late in the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, working on the indoor field, and using Monarc‘s Seeker machine.
Now he is an athlete ambassador for the world’s first robotic quarterback company. The Monarc can throw, punt, or kick up to six balls in nine seconds. The quarterback also comes with a touchscreen and joystick to control where the ball goes.
The Monarc Seeker is being used by some of the nation’s top college football and pro teams.
This is Harrsion Jr's first deal publicly.

Roughly a decade ago, Dieunerst Collin had been filmed while waiting to use a Popeyes soda machine. The video went viral on Vine and has lived on as a meme ever since.
Fast forward to 2023, Collin used social media to draw attention from Popeyes. Within a few hours of the call out, a representative from the restaurant chain said the company wanted to sign him to a NIL deal.
Since first posting his call to Popeyes on his Instagram account last month, he has added nearly 20K followers.
He now sits at just under 100K followers.
