Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
1 & 1/4 cups cake flour
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 cup oats
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/3 cup choc chips or chocolate chunks
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170 Degrees Celsius .

1. In a large bowl , mix the mashed bananas, melted butter ,sugar and whisk well.

2. Add the eggs , and buttermilk then mix .

3. Sift in flour , baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon powder, and salt and mix .
Then add the oats and chocolate chips .
DO NOT OVER MIX.

4. Pour the batter (mixture) in a prepared muffin tray .

5. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes .

Hersheys Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
14 oz. cream cheese
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup sour cream
5 oz. milk chocolate
1 ½ cup sugar
1 cup+ 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup boiling water
½ cup unsalted butter
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk (or more if needed)
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
First, mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract just to combine. Then, add slightly beaten eggs and mix on low speed just to combine, do not overmix it.
Fold in sour cream. Finally, fold in melted chocolate. Pour in prepared springform pan and smooth the top.
Place springform pan in larger roasting pan and filled with hot water halfway through. Bake 40-50 minutes until the edges has set and the center is just barely jiggly, but firm to touch.
Lift springform pan from water bath and place it on the counter to cool at room temperature. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease two 8.5 inch round cake pan, line the bottom with parchment paper, grease the paper an flour the pan. In a bowl stir together dry ingredients: sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla and oil and mix on medium speed for two minutes. Pour in boiling water and mix just to combine. Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake 20-25 minutes, until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs attached. Cool the cake in the pans for 10-15 minutes, then invert on rack to cool completely.
When the cakes are cooled, and the cheesecake has firmed, make the frosting. Stir together melted butter and cocoa powder. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
If the frosting is too thick add additional tablespoon of milk at the time, and if it’s to thin add powdered sugar to reach spreading consistency.
First place one cake layer onto serving plate and spread thin layer of frosting. Remove the cheesecake from the fridge, remove the foil from springform pan, then remove the ring from springform pan.
Run a thin metal spatula under the cheesecake to remove it from the bottom and transfer the cheesecake onto a serving plate (or simply invert he cheesecake onto cake layer and lift the bottom of the pan and peel off baking paper).
Top cheesecake with thin layer of frosting, too. Place second chocolate cake layer. Spread remaining frosting on top and sides of the cake to cover completely. Finally, garnish the sides with chocolate chips. Store the cake in the fridge.

SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

✅ +Ingredients:

° 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
° 1 3/4 cup sugar
° 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
° 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
° 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 2 eggs
° 1 cup whole milk or 2%
° 1/2 cup vegetable oil
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 1 cup boiling water

✅ + Procedure:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease two loaf pans or two 9-inch cake trays.

Mixing dried ingredients in a bowl.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; Beat for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in boiling water. The mixture will be thin.

Pour mixture to prepared pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until centered and come out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes. Removing it to pans to Wire Racks. Totally cool.

✅ + Powdered chocolate:

° 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
° 3/4 cup sugar
° 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
° 1/4 cup water
° 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
° 4 tablespoons butter

++Note: You can adjust the cocoa powder to your preference.

✅ + Procedure:

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the butter.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

Cook until thick.

Turn off the heat.

Add the butter and stir until the butter melts.

Cool slightly, then pour over cake until it is completely covered.

Slice it, serve and enjoy

A piece of chocolate cake can lift anyone's mood 🎉🍫

Ive made this twice.. Its delicious 👌

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coffee powder
1 cup buttermilk/Milk/yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water

Method :

Preheat oven to 160C. Prepare two 9-inch cake pans by spraying with baking spray or buttering and lightly flouring.
Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and espresso powder to a large bowl. Whisk through to combine.
Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to flour mixture and mix together on medium speed until well combined. Reduce speed and carefully add boiling water to the cake batter until well combined.
Divide cake batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center of the chocolate cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes, remove from the pan and cool completely.
Frost and decorate as desired.
